Dear realtors colleagues:

My name is Dan and I run my own small Real Estate company which has 6 employees located in Toronto , OrangeVille, Oshawa, Barrie, Mississauga and Brampton. As a real estate agent, I want to be able to focus on three important things: selling houses quickly, maximizing return, and doing both as quickly and efficiently as possible. Today's competitive climate is constantly pushing us the RE agents to improve our communications technology - this means having a flexible communications system that can help reduce costs while enabling us to respond to clients more quickly and to reach them with information and advertising. The result is every agent's dream: no more missed calls and lots more transactions.

One of my biggest problems was how to provide a single company contact phone number for service calls, sales prospects, and calls from existing customers. I knew we were losing sales because we had very little control over how inbound calls were answered and directed, but faced budgetary concerns as we considered how to solve the problem. I had to find some kind of service to improve my communication needs , so I googled, and I came across VoiceMailtel , a phone provider for toll free number, local number faxes and so on , but the interesting feature was that they had a Real Estate Solution providing exactly the things that my company needed.

They installed a Toll Free 800 Number. All incoming callers are now greeted and prompted to enter a selection. Callers hear the following: "Thank you for calling! If you know your party's extension, please dial it now. For company information or to learn more about our services dial 1. For Sales, dial 2. For Customer Support, dial 3. For Marketing, dial 4. For a dial-by-name directory, dial 8. Dial 0, or hold, to speak to a customer representative. "Isn't it great!!!!!! Here is the great thing: Clients can now dial this main Toll Free 800 Number, hear my company’s announcements, and have their calls directed to the person or department they wish to reach.

Using this Service had helped my Company project a stronger image to my customers - the image of an efficient and well organized major business. Sales have doubled in less than six months, and customers are much more satisfied with the services they are receiving now. And here is another feature that definitely changed my company image. When I signed up to this service I got a phone number and several Property ID`s for my company. Next, I made descriptions for all companies’ properties that we had for sale and recorded them for the Call Attendant. The beauty of Property IDs is that every caller can hear our descriptions for each of the properties that we sale, the important part of attracting callers' attention will be made so by the Custom Greeting.

Contemporary Issues and Trends in Homosexuals and the Law From the hatred spoken by the Westboro Baptist Church (2009) on to Kelly (2002) confirming the BSA’s discrimination, homosexuals must fight for protection. The failure of President Bush to sign The Matthew Shepard Local Law Enforcement Hate Crimes Prevention Act of 2007 allowed murders of those like Larry King (Setoodeh et al, 2008). Furthermore, most states and the federal government violate our nation’s Constitution by banning homosexuals’ rights to other fundamental rights such as marriage.
