My name is Dan and I run my own small Real Estate company which has 6 employees located in Toronto , OrangeVille, Oshawa, Barrie, Mississauga and Brampton. Here is the great thing: Clients can now dial this main Toll Free 800 Number, hear my company’s announcements, and have their calls directed to the person or department they wish to reach.
Using this Service had helped my Company project a stronger image to my customers - the image of an efficient and well organized major business. Sales have doubled in less than six months, and customers are much more satisfied with the services they are receiving now. And here is another feature that definitely changed my company image. When I signed up to this service I got a phone number and several Property ID`s for my company. Next, I made descriptions for all companies’ properties that we had for sale and recorded them for the Call Attendant. The beauty of Property IDs is that every caller can hear our descriptions for each of the properties that we sale, the important part of attracting callers' attention will be made so by the Custom Greeting. |
